 Majid Magazine

Children’s magazine Majid was launched in February 1979 for 7–14 year-olds. The weekly magazine has gone from strength to strength broadening its appeal and is now distributed across the region boasting one of the highest circulations and readership.

Its aim is to provide a sense of belonging to children within a framework they can relate to and enjoy. With some of the region’s leading cartoonists providing pages of fun, the magazine also encourages a dialogue with its readers and publishes contributions from its young fans.

Majid is an award-winning magazine and won one of the region’s highest accolades two consecutive years namely the Arab Journalism Award
