Human Resources Director
Karima was appointed to the position of Human Resources Director shortly after joining ADMC in 2008 as Human Resources Development Manager. In her capacity as Human Resources Director she oversees the management of all of ADMC’s human resources operations.
With more than ten years of human resources experience across a range of industries including banking, legal, PR/events management and retail, Karima is well versed with the UAE labour law, specializing in Organisational Development, HR policy / procedures development and implementation, manpower planning / recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, Emiratisation and HRMS implementation.
Prior to joining ADMC, Karima was the training and development advisor at Al Tamimi & Company, the Middle East’s largest law firm.
During her career, Karima has been involved in the strategic transformation of HR departments from personnel units into structured human resources service providers. Abiding by core human principals, Karima strives to give precedence to employee welfare, and augment employee services and counseling.
Karima graduated from Dubai’s Wollongong University with a dual Masters in International Business and Human Resources. |
