Saeed Hamad Al Dhaheri

As Human Resources Director, Saeed Hamad Al Dhaheri leads Abu Dhabi Media's Human Resources function, providing direction and guidance across all HR strategies, initiatives and policies.  He also oversees a robust employee development function to assist the company in the attraction and retention of a best-in-class, talented and diversified workforce.

Saeed previously held senior HR positions in several government entities, including Etihad Rail, Abu Dhabi Health Company (SEHA) and the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD).  He has extensive experience formulating HR strategy, policies and procedures; developing performance management, compensation and benefits schemes; as well as managing talent acquisition and comprehensive Emiratisation programs.

Saeed has a Master's degree in HR Management and DHRP qualification recognized by (CIPD).
