Majid Magazine

Majid Magazine is one of the oldest, most popular and interactive Arabic children’s magazine sold throughout the Arab world. Published by Abu Dhabi Media since February 28th, 1979, Majid was named after one of the greatest Arab navigators, Ahmad Ibn Majid from Ras Al Khaimah (historically known as Julphar).

With its history, unique characters, rich content and attractive design, Majid has has positioned itself as an iconic children’s publication. 

Two-time winner of the prestigious Arab Journalism Award, Majid features cartoons from the region’s leading cartoonists, competitions and general information. The magazine continues to launch community-based initiatives that support children’s literature and encourages them to read.
